CoinDesk claimed that 196 US Congressmen received donations from the SBF. This indicates that one in three members receives financial support from the SBF.
It is alleged that the new Speaker of the House, Republican California Representative Kevin McCarthey and New York Democratic Representative Chuck Schumer are among the names receiving financial support from the SBF.
Many members of Congress admitted to receiving help from the SBF and stated that these assets were donated to charities.
