Polygon partners with South Korean company

According to Hankyung, Korea Digital Assets Corporation (KODA) announced that it has signed a commercial agreement with Polygon Labs. The two companies will provide hosting services for the Polygon mainnet and collaborate to support Polygon-based projects. KODA is reportedly a joint venture company formed by KB Kookmin Bank, Hashed and Haechi Labs, and is a crypto-asset custodian in South Korea.

Near Protocol partners with Cosmose AI

The NEAR Foundation has partnered with Cosmose AI, a leading artificial intelligence and retail analytics firm, to create a payment system that allows users to shop in crypto with low transaction fees and saves money for both buyers and sellers. As part of the partnership, the NEAR Foundation has made a strategic investment in Cosmose AI, which is currently valued at $500 million.

NEAR Protocol announced in a blog on April 24 that it has partnered with Cosmose AI to revolutionize the retail user experience with Web3 and AI technologies. Cosmose AI uses NEAR Blockchain Operating System (BOS) and AI-powered retail data to deliver personalized user experiences. The Cosmose AI retail solutions suite includes Singapore-based gamified shopping app KaiKai and other AI-powered individual customization tools that will further evolve and address privacy and data security issues with the help of NEAR’s technology and ecosystem.

Cosmose and the KaiKai mobile app are used by popular brands such as LVMH, Richemont, L’Oréal and Estée Lauder. The platform has a native cryptocurrency called Kai-Ching, which allows users to use it like any other individual rewards program. The Near Foundation and Cosmose AI aim to target at least one billion users with its artificial intelligence and Web3-powered payment system. Payment processing firms Stripe and PayPal charge 10% for transactions, while KaiKai will allow users to save 50x more than other crypto payment services.

SHIB usage increases in payments with Binance’s new partnership
