Cryptocurrency Exchange Kraken Appoints New CEO
This week, as Dave Ripley officially takes over as CEO of Kraken, the outgoing CEOand co-founder Jesse Powell will take on his new role as Chairman of the Board.
KrakenIn his statements on his website, he wrote:
“We have successfully overcome a number of industry challenges, launched several new products and further strengthened our executive staff. We have done this to ensure that Kraken is in a strong position for the next phase of growth led by Dave. We have much more exciting things ahead of us and we look forward to sharing more in the weeks and months ahead.”
Old CEOand co-founder Jesse Powell used the following statements about the new CEO:
