A decision has been made to remove crypto phenomenon Ben Armstrong, nicknamed BitBoy, from a critical case related to the FTX crash.

This document listed millions of dollars in payments made to famous athletes such as Shaquille O’Neal, Naomi Osaka and David Ortiz, as well as organizations such as MLB and NBA’s Miami Heat and Golden State Warriors franchises. Coachella, Gamestop and Kevin O’Leary were also on the list. Other celebrities sued for promoting FTX include Tom Brady, Gisele Bundchen and Steph Curry.
