Strict control of LUNA founders
- South Korea’s crime investigation team has issued “notification on arrival” and “no departure” notices to former and current directors of TerraForm Labs, including Do Kwon and Daniel Shin. South Korean authorities prohibit Terra rulers from leaving the country.
- In the latest development from the SEC and Ripple lawsuit, Judge Sarah Netburn rejected the SEC’s request to override the amici status granted to XRP holders.
