Although this estimate may seem very high, it is less than half of what the experts made in the panel held in July 2021. In the estimation made by the panel at this time last year, experts stated that they expected Bitcoin to reach the level of 256 thousand dollars by increasing above 200 thousand dollars in 2025. This year, they made a price prediction of 106 thousand 757 dollars. John Hawkins, a senior lecturer at the University of Canberra, mentioned that macroeconomic conditions such as the inflation rate and the tightening of balance sheets by central banks also have a negative impact on the market. Hawkins stated that he believes that Bitcoin may drop to $13,000 this year, but may rise to $35,000 before the end of the year. He said that he believes it will reach the level of 75 thousand dollars and continued: “The market is worried right now. However, the technology has not changed and is still going strong. “Bitcoin is following the downturn in other parts of the economy, but I have a strong belief that it will bounce back.”

The vast majority of panelists attributed the market stagnation to worldwide interest rate increases, while other experts attributed it to the LUNA collapse and high inflation rates. When asked to the experts in the panel, whether investors should buy Bitcoin or not, 50% of the experts said that they should buy, 40% answered that they should keep their current assets, and 10% said that they should sell their Bitcoins.
Ethereum Price Forecast

Experts who have reached a consensus on the price of Ethereum stated that Ethereum will close the year 2022 at the level of $ 1,711. But experts, who opened a parenthesis to this, stated that they predicted that the Ethereum price will fall to $ 675 before recovering again and closing the year at $ 1711. To the question of what will be the price of Ethereum in the following years, they said that it can reach the level of $ 5,739 by 2025 and $ 14,412 by 2030.
