Binance US Announces License In Nevada

Binance’s US arm, Binance US, has managed to obtain a license from the state of Nevada.

Binance US announced that it has obtained a “money transmitter” license from the Nevada Department of Business and Industry.

The move is part of the company’s plans to provide legal services throughout the United States.

Binance US CEO Brian Shroder said:

“As we are operationally compliant across the United States, we continue to take steps to ensure our clients’ assets are secure and our platform is transparent. Our license in Nevada is further proof of our ongoing compliance efforts. We are grateful to the Nevada Department of Industry and Business for their time and confidence in us”

Binance Continues Licensing

Binance US managed to get the same license from West Virginia, Wyoming, Connecticut, Rhode Island, Idaho and Puerto Rico.

Binance has hired many compliance staff, especially after facing intense regulatory pressure in 2021. This has helped the company to operate in many parts of the world.

The company has expanded into the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) markets as restrictions have increased in Western and Asian countries in recent months.

Binance has recently received regulatory approval from Kazakhstan and Italy, and its next target is Germany.
