Coinbase Goes Political with New Features

Coinbase CEO Brian Armstrong announced on Twitter that new features have been added to the exchange app as part of the company’s mission to “increase economic freedom.”

Regulators have been laying down new rules for the industry since the market crash. Coinbase is also working on various moves in the middle of this grip.

Armstrong said:

“Crypto advocacy is crucial to our mission to increase economic freedom around the world. Coinbase will do whatever it takes to help with this.

But the crypto community is much larger than Coinbase. I hope we can come together with elected leaders to pursue sensible policies.”

According to Armstrong, Coinbase, the largest US cryptocurrency exchange, has 103 million verified users.

Armstrong also said that they plan to help raise money for parliamentary candidates who are pro-crypto money.
