The Dogecoin Foundation, the organization behind the meme token Dogecoin, announced that it has hired a talented web developer.
The newcomer to the team will coordinate a group of volunteers working to revamp the Dogecoin official website.
The developer will focus on creating HTML/CSS/JS websites. In the previous job posting, it was emphasized that the developer should have a very good knowledge of English, as well as a collaborative attitude. This person will act as a “mentor” for all volunteers.
Ross Nicoll, who was part of the core team in February, announced that he was leaving the project to focus more on himself. He claimed that the job was causing a lot of stress, adding that the foundation was operating in “extremely challenging conditions”.
First established in 2014, the Dogecoin Foundation was relaunched last August after DOGE made tremendous progress.
Ethereum founder Vitalik Buterin is among the board’s advisors to the foundation.
