New Development in Litigation Between Ripple and SEC

Ripple (XRP), which has been on the crypto agenda recently, has experienced a new development in its lawsuit against the SEC.

The long-running legal battle between Ripple and the SEC is getting XRP investors excited day by day. Especially the last weeks have been hectic in terms of XRP. The judge, who heard the case recently, gave the company’s partners the right to present their opinions. Today, the Filipino company I-Remit officially held an Amicus briefing.

Ripple and SEC Litigation Coming Soon

The ongoing lawsuit between the Ripple company and the SEC may end very soon. Ripple came very close to ending the lawsuit in their favor, which is news to XRP investors.

The XRP side, which positively welcomes that its partners will also testify in their favor, is very close to ending the case. The briefing given by the I-Remit company today argued that the Ripple company is not a security. In his I-Remit statement, he talked about how he uses technologies belonging to his partner such as RippleNet and ODL. According to I-Remit, such technology cannot be considered a security.
