Payments giant PayPal’s app now supports the transfer of cryptos to other exchanges and wallets.
PayPal announced today that its app will now support the transfer of cryptocurrencies to digital wallets and exchanges. He also emphasized that it will become much more functional for peer-to-peer transfers and transactions through intermediary institutions.
Although PayPal started to support leading cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin and Ethereum, it was not possible to transfer these assets to another user.
The company stated that no fees are required for crypto transfers to other PayPal users. Network fees will be required for transfers other than PayPal.
PayPal’s move could make the company’s crypto wallet even more important.
PayPal is making more moves on the crypto industry, especially with Apple getting more and more prominent when it comes to payments.
