Ahmet Onur YeygunWhile answering our questions about the agenda and the future, he said that the current crisis was the growth struggle of the sector at the beginning.
Stating that they rely on blockchain technology to do what traditional finance could not do, Yeygün stated that wherever technology is used, hacking happens and it is necessary to become stronger in this regard. Adding to Yeygün’s words that the regulations will become more frequent, she made the following comments about Turkey:
“We invest a lot in Turkey. Turkey is positioned as an important country for crypto, web3 and blockchain projects. It is among the top 4 countries with rapid growth. Young population is high, inflation is high and investment is important. At the same time, the growth of crypto exchanges opens the door of opportunity for Turkey.”
