HUMAN Protocol focuses on scientific studies
HUMAN Protocol, a digital offering that organizes machine learning (ML), has announced a partnership with the world-renowned Salk Institute. According to the statement, the partnership is designed to facilitate the development and enrichment of systems that provide deep insights into the behavioral patterns of plants and animals using a variety of labeling methodologies.
Salk scientists created an open-source, deep learning framework called SLEAP to augment their research. The tool is designed to automatically track body part movements of any type of animal using pre-recorded videos. The HUMAN Protocol said the decentralized workforce will help the Salk Institute achieve many of its scientific goals faster and with fewer resources.
