Binance CEO: I’ll Talk More Next

Binance CEO Changpeng Zhao said that he will now talk more after the collapse of FTX.

Saying that he has remained silent until now because he does not want to argue with competitors, CZ is ending this policy.

Binance CEO Highlights Past Experiences

CZ said it has a policy of not publicly commenting on competitors and has only broken those rules a few times.

CZ quoted a tweet he posted last July. The tweet includes the following statements:

“3AC owes Voyager several hundred million dollars and has gone bankrupt. FTX/Alameda gave 3AC $100 million but did not record it.
Alameda invested in Voyager and subsequently borrowed $377 million from Voyager.
Voyager went bankrupt and FTX didn’t bail them out or refund the money?
It’s hard to follow”

CZ said that SBF knew a lot about the bankruptcy process even in July, citing the tacit response of SBF, then CEO of FTX.

CZ said he will soften his policy on competitors and speak more:

“I will break this policy a little in the future and I will talk more about the problems I see in the sector. This can lead to more arguments and more fight “memes”. But that’s not my intention, just to reduce the risk. Even if it’s a false alarm.
