Changpeng Zhao Stated
In a statement regarding the pre-approval received by Changpeng Zhao, Founder and CEO of Binance: “Kazakhstan has demonstrated that it is a pioneer in the adoption and regulation of cryptocurrencies in Central Asia. This demonstrates Binance’s commitment to providing products and services around the world in a secure and well-regulated environment and to once again be a compliance-first exchange.” He used his expressions.
Binance also received regulatory approval from countries such as France, Abu Dhabi and Italy in April and May of this year.
Confirmations Binance Received This Year
Binance received principal approval from Abu Dhabi Global Market’s Financial Services Authorization in April of this year. With this license, Binance was entitled to operate as a broker-dealer for cryptocurrencies within legal limits. Binance also obtained a limited license in Dubai in March to operate as a cryptocurrency exchange under certain conditions.
The giant cryptocurrency trading platform received another approval from Italy. The cryptocurrency exchange received approval from Organismo Agenti e Mediatori to offer a cryptocurrency service provider in Italy, in accordance with Italian legislation regarding crypto assets. This regulatory approval represents an important milestone in Binance’s strategic growth in Italy and will enable the company to strengthen its presence in the country by opening offices and ultimately growing its local team.
Another approval the exchange received this year came from France. Binance has received Digital Asset Service Provider approval in France, becoming the first major global cryptocurrency exchange registered in the country. With this approval, Binance has the opportunity to legally operate the company in France, to hold digital assets, to enable their buying, selling and clearing, and to run a trading platform for all of this.
