Cardano developer IOHK is making final preparations for its upcoming hard fork event, Vasil.
The upgrade is expected to significantly improve the Plutus smart contract platform.
According to the latest update from the developers, a new node version has also been successfully tested for the Vasil upgrade, along with the first version of the command line interface.
The hard fork, named after the famous Bulgarian mathematician Vasil Dabov, is scheduled to take place on 29 June.
IOHK developers continue to work to resolve remaining issues in the final testing phase, which includes 30 Cardano-based projects.
There are currently over 1000 projects built on top of the popular proof-of-stake blockchain.
ADA is trading at $0.6227 at the time of writing, according to CoinMarketCap data.
