According to the Market Participants survey, the year-end inflation rate expectation, which was 64.5 percent in June, rose to 69.9 percent in July.

According to the Market Participants Survey for July 2022, which was answered by 48 participants consisting of real sector and financial sector representatives and professionals, the 12-month CPI expectation was 37.91 percent in the previous survey period, while it became 40.23 percent in this survey period. The CPI expectation after 24 months was 22.04 percent and 24.27 percent, respectively, during the same survey periods.
The USD/TL expectation rose to 18.9 at the end of the year. The expectation for the next 12 months has reached the level of 20.9 TL. This data was 20.7 TL in the previous survey.
While the GDP growth expectation for 2022 was 3.5 percent in the previous survey period, it became 3.6 percent in this survey period.
