Ripple became one of the top donors
- Polygon (MATIC) reached 5.34 million unique addresses, an increase of 12% compared to the first quarter of the year. OpenSea reported that 1.2 million NFTs were posted on Polygon in Q2. The network added an average of 1,000 new contract creators per day in Q2.
- Ripple has been named the third most generous philanthropic institution in the San Francisco Bay Area by the San Francisco Business Times. Last year, Ripple’s cash contribution to Bay Area charities exceeded $54 million.
- The Shiba Inu has set a new record in the number of owners, reaching more than 1,215 thousand wallets. According to WhaleStats data, the number of Shiba Inu owners has reached 1,215,811.
- Hardware wallet manufacturer Ledger is expanding into the Cardano ecosystem. According to a recent announcement, around 100 Cardano-based tokens are now backed by Ledger Live.
- The Dogecoin community has issued a warning against fakes allegedly linked to Dogecoin and the Dogechain.info explorer.

Shiba Inu announces new project to eliminate FUDs
- COTI has announced that Cardano’s Djed deployment on the mainnet will be delayed following the delay of the Vasil hard fork launch. COTI also noted that it has recently signed partnership agreements with five companies that will use the algorithmic stablecoin on their platforms.
- VeChain announced that it has removed transaction fees for dApp users.
- Rosen Law Firm has urged Terra ecosystem token investors to select the lead plaintiff before the deadline in the securities class action filed against TerraForm Labs (TFL) and its founder, Do Kwon.
- The number of new DOGE addresses per day increased by 265%.
- Brazilian football club São Paulo signed Guiliano Galoppo from Argentine club Banfield using USDC.
- Tezos (XTZ), the Electis e-voting system has received praise for partnerships with the United Nations and French authorities.
- Schwab Asset Management, the asset management division of The Charles Schwab Corporation, has announced the debut of the Schwab Crypto Thematic ETF. The crypto-linked ETF will begin trading on the New York Stock Exchange Arca from August 4.
- The Shiba Inu team announced that they have started work on the “SHIB Wikipedia” to help eliminate scams and misinformation about the project.

Ripple leads community work
- Ripple recently announced that it is participating in a community development project that will be beneficial in the Oakland area. The project provides a space to help people stay active, network and ultimately form social bonds that will bring members of the community together.
- A metaverse land in Decentraland was sold for $17,595. The amount paid is 7.60 times the current base price of 1.94 Ethereum.
- SHIB Burn Portal has burned 60 billion SHIB in the last 3 months. In the process, $748,340 worth of SHIB was sent to the dead wallet in thousands of transactions.
- Binance announced that it has added BURGER/BUSD and BURGER/USDT as new trading pairs on cross margin, and ACH as a new loanable token on isolated margin.
- Clearpool, the first DeFi protocol for unsecured lending, is now available on Polygon.
- Ripple CEO Brad Garlinghouse has been included in the list of first speakers to attend Messari’s Mainnet 2022 summit.
- Origin Thread, a new clothing line, has chosen the Cardano network to launch blockchain-powered apparel.
- ETC Group announced that it has listed physically backed BTCetc ETC Group Physical Bitcoin on Amsterdam-based exchange Cboe Europe.
