Terraform Labs founder Do Kwon has been sentenced to four months in jail by a Montenegro court after being found guilty of document forgery.
The South Korean national was arrested in the country back in March for the alleged possession of falsified documents, along with another Terra executive Han Chang-Joon.
A basic court in the country’s capital Podgorica said that by the same verdict, two Costa Rican passports, two Belgian passports and two identity cards belonging to Kwon and Han were also confiscated.
