Elon Musk Dissolves Twitter’s Board of Directors

Elon Musk has dissolved the Twitter board and remains the sole director of the company.

According to a filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, Musk has sacked the social media giant’s entire board of directors.

Musk, who bought Twitter for $ 44 billion, dissolved the company’s board of directors and became the sole director of the company.

After taking control of Twitter, Musk first fired the platform’s CEO, Parag Agrawal, its CFO, Ned Segal, and its head of security, Vijaya Gadde. Musk’s move caused many users to comment that he is “bringing a reign”.

Musk recently fired board members Bret Taylor, Omid Kordestani, David Rosenblatt, Martha Lane Fox, Patrick Pichette, Egon Durban, Fei-Fei Li and Mimi Alemayehou.

Musk continues to make new decisions about Twitter. The famous billionaire plans to receive $ 40 a month for the verification system on Twitter, known as the “blue tick” in our country.
