An algorithm has earned a reputation for outperforming the markets. This algorithm, which we know as the Real Vision Bot (Bot), explains the latest portfolio allocations as most cryptocurrencies try to recover from a one-week drop. The bot runs polls every week. In this context, it creates algorithmic portfolio evaluations that create a ‘hive mind’ consensus.

The latest data from the bot shows that the risk appetite of traders has narrowed slightly compared to a week ago. It also reveals that most market participants voted to over-position their portfolios with 18 altcoins. In this election, they prefer 50% extreme positions in leading crypto Bitcoin (BTC) and 27% in Ethereum. This week, Solana moved up to second place in heavyweight allocation with 36%. Cardano, the strong rival of the leading altcoin Ethereum, took the fourth place with 21%.

Cross-chain interoperability protocol Polkadot (DOT) managed to enter the top five with 20% weight. It is followed by the stablecoin USD Coin (USDC) and the popular metaverse coin Decentraland (MANA). Next comes the layer-2 scaling solution Polygon (MATIC). The bot’s order of extreme position allocations is as follows: Bitcoin 50%, Solana 36%, Ethereum 27%, Cardano 2%, Polkadot 20%.
