In an email to customers, the company stated that by this time, they would be in a position to allow customers to withdraw their digital assets held in their BlockFi Wallet accounts. He stated that withdrawals will be made in bulk and an email will be sent to eligible customers. During this time, the company recommends users to create third-party wallets to withdraw funds.
BlockFi has filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection since November 13, when it struggled to allow customer withdrawals. The company announced that efforts are being made to reimburse customers for their money.
