Hashdex Files Amendment for Enhanced Crypto ETF
Crypto asset management firm Hashdex has recently submitted an amendment to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to expand its Nasdaq Crypto Index US ETF. This updated proposal aims to include additional cryptocurrencies such as litecoin (LTC) and XRP, among others. The list of prospective additions also features notable altcoins like cardano’s ADA, solana’s SOL, and other prominent tokens including LINK, AVAX, and UNI.
Currently, the fund primarily comprises bitcoin (BTC) alongside some exposure to ether (ETH), as highlighted on Hashdex’s official website. This diversification reflects the firm’s commitment to offering a broad spectrum of digital assets to investors.
In addition to the U.S. offering, an alternative version of the fund is already available on the Bermuda Stock Exchange. The Hashdex Nasdaq Crypto Index ETF provides investors with exposure to a wider array of cryptocurrencies, catering to those seeking a more comprehensive investment strategy in the digital asset landscape. The Hashdex Nasdaq Crypto Index US ETF is specifically designed to track a diversified portfolio of digital assets, allowing investors a regulated entry point into the burgeoning crypto market.
