Gate ioGroup’s Hippo Financial Services has been licensed to offer virtual asset custody services in Hong Kong.
As countries prepare new regulations on digital currencies, it also opens the door to new opportunities for crypto companies. The chance to offer a service for Gate.io, which recently entered Turkey, came from Hong Kong.
Gate.io Will Make Its New Move In Hong Kong
Hippo Financial ServicesGate.io continues its efforts to expand the group globally and strengthen confidence in its operations.
Gate.io acquired a Virtual Financial Assets Service Provider license in March and moved to Malta. Subsequently, the license from the Trust and Company Service Providers Registry also obtained the right to allow Gate Technology to operate a stock exchange and provide custody services in Hong Kong.
