The mayor of Japan’s Fukuoka prefecture visited Ripple’s headquarters.
Emi Yoshikawa, Ripple’s Vice President of Corporate Strategy and Operations, reported that he held a meeting with the mayor of Fakuoka City and his team at Ripple’s headquarters.
Visit to Ripple Headquarters from the Japanese Mayor
Emi Yoshikawa, who has been a Ripple employee for nearly 6 years, announced on Twitter that Fukuoka mayor Soichiro Takashima and his team visited Ripple’s headquarters in San Francisco.

Ripple employee YoshikawaSaying that Mayor Soichiro Takashima and his team visited Ripple’s headquarters, he wrote in his tweet:

Ripple highlighted Emi Yoshikawa’s qualifications and experience in the past months, noting that in December 2021, Yoshikawa appeared on Forbes Japan with a group of women to discuss their collaborative experience in the blockchain space. Ripple’s trust in Yoshikawa could pave the way for new collaborations with Japan.
