Jesse Powell, the founder and CEO of cryptocurrency exchange Kraken, is looking to leave his position at the company, according to the Wall Street Journal.
Kraken CEO to Resign
Kraken CEO Jesse Powell plans to remain the company’s chairman of the board after he leaves his position. Dave Ripley, who is currently the COO of the company, is expected to be the CEO after Powell.
In addition to being chairman of the board within the company, Powell wants to take an active role in product development and cryptocurrency advocacy.
