FTX’s decision to acquire Bitvo comes after rival exchange Binance withdrew from Ontario last year due to regulatory pressure. According to the deal, FTX is preparing to acquire Alberta-based cryptocurrency exchange Bitvo. Before this, it was noteworthy that a whale named “BlueWhale0116” bought FTT for $ 925 million. Currently, it completes the list at ninth place with nearly a thousand dollars. Ethereum-based oracle token Chainlink (LNIK) is in 8th place with approximately $2.5K. Meanwhile, LINK price rose over 2% to reach $7.41. LINK is currently trading 86% below its ATH price of $52.88.
Synthetix is a DeFi protocol that delivers a wide variety of crypto and non-crypto assets to the Blockchain. It recorded its ATH price at $28.77 in February of 2021. It is now trading at a discount of 89.34% from this level. Meanwhile, SNX is at the 7th position of the list with a purchase of approximately 2.5 thousand dollars. On the other hand, despite completing the list in the first place with $ 1.5 million, FTT has not yet surpassed Shiba. The Shiba Inu (SHIB) remains the largest dollar token position among whales.
