Metaverse and NFT Application from NBA Star

NBA superstar Stephen Curry has filed a trademark application for CURRYVERSE.

The trademark filing with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office earlier this month covers a number of web3-related services.

Curry plans to offer a variety of items on the metaverse, such as virtual clothing, shoes, bags, and watches.

Curry’s trademark application also covers NFTs. Curyy’s team also plans to offer a platform to create, promote and sell NFTs. In addition to this, he also plans to appear on the metaverse personally.

The legendary name of the Golden State Warriors also wants to provide entertainment and education with the help of blockchain technology.

Curry’s application is not actually a surprise. Curry had previously released an NFT collection.

Cryptocurrency exchange FTX published an ad, including Stephen Curry.

Famous pop stars like Miley Cyrus and Christina Aguilere have made similar applications recently.
