The Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency (BDDK) and the Banks Association of Turkey (TBB) were added to the institutions that took new decisions about earthquake zones. After the Kahramanmaraş earthquake, aid decisions continue to come from many sectors. TBB, with its statements, published its decisions about all regions affected by the earthquake. As a result of the meeting he held on February 6, he mentioned that the problems experienced in the earthquake area will be reduced and that banking services will be provided uninterruptedly. In the light of these plans made to help earthquake victims, the decisions to be implemented were determined.

In addition, TBB stated that 352 trucks/vans and 48 containers of aid materials delivered to the earthquake area were taken to the regions by banks. He added that the aid sent will be transferred to the necessary regions and coordinations as needed.
Another aid provided for earthquake zones was the establishment of a sharing network for the banking sector. Thanks to this network, banks started to create the necessary support among themselves. In the light of these events, the sector continues to fulfill employee requests for assistance.

Decisions continue to be taken to support earthquake victims in Kahramanmaraş epicenter and 10 provinces. BDKK stated that the limit of 25 thousand Turkish Liras will not be taken into account for people residing in earthquake zones.
