If the price is only a slight decrease in spite of such high trading volume, this indicates that the purchase volume is close to the sales volume. In other words, despite the sales wave on the market, Bitcoin’s rise potential continues.
Possible recovery signal for Bitcoin
One of the most important indicators that evaluates the possibility of Bitcoin’s recovery is the funding rates. According to the current data, Bitcoin’s funding rate through many stock markets has turned into a positive. This shows that investors who receive long (long) positions are paying to protect the price.
In particular, the negative of the Binance funding rate may be an important recovery signal for Bitcoin, according to analysts. Historically, it was observed that BTC made strong rise after negative funding rates. If this scenario occurs again, Bitcoin can be expected to exceed $ 100,000.
