Bittrex and Poloniex’s Lawyer Claims Roche Freedman
The lawyers of Poloniex and Bittrex submitted a request to the court to dismiss Roche Freedman from the lawsuit in the class action lawsuit.

“While the Exchange Defendants appreciate that a protective decision has been made on this matter and that lawyers can be expected to comply with such orders, Mr. Roche’s statements make it clear that he has already misused the confidential materials presented in the case.”
