Photographer Sam Yari, who made a name for himself with his recent projects, made statements about NFTs. He also stated that he will sell NFT for semi-aid purposes.
Yari stated that he was preparing a study on the Russia-Ukraine war and expressed that he would support the victims of the war. Yari used the following statements:
“One of the unfortunate events we have experienced recently, the Russia-Ukraine War, has caused many innocent people to be harmed. In this situation, we couldn’t just sit back and move on with our lives as if nothing had happened. We thought we should do a project. Our aim in this project is to support the victims of war and make them feel much better. We formed a team for this and started our work. Ukrainian supermodels support us in our project and we take very special photos. We will present the photos we took and present them to people. In this way, we will use the proceeds from the exhibition to support the victims of the Ukrainian war.”
Photos will also be sold as NFT
The famous photographer stated that they will convert the photos into NFT after the exhibition and said:
“As you know, we can now transfer original works to digital, thanks to NFT. In this way, we make it possible for the works to reach more people. This is exactly what we will do in this project. It is very important for us that the photos reach more people. Because we will use the revenues we get for the victims of war. The more income we will use for them to have a much better life, means that we can help more people. For this reason, we work meticulously and continue our work without interruption.”
