Sam Bankman-Fried’s $16 Billion Wealth Disappeared

Former CEO of FTX Sam Bankman-Fried’s $16 billion fortune disappeared.

According to Bloomberg’s Billionaires Index, SBF’s $16 billion service has slumped to zero in the past 24 hours after a 100% drop to $861 million.

SBF is no longer included in Bloomberg’s Billionaires Index, with its $16 billion fortune gone.

The FTX founder said he was very sorry for what happened after he filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy on the exchange and related companies.

“I was shocked that things were resolved as they were earlier this week,” the SBF said in a statement on Twitter.

Sam Bankman-Fried Targeted by Criticism

The former CEO of FTX used the expressions “FTX is in good condition, assets are in good condition” in his post a few days ago. Just a day after the tweet was posted, FTX fell into a crisis and asked Binance for help.

This tweet by SBF garnered a great response and was removed from the broadcast.

After FTX’s crisis, SBF noted that FTX US was not involved in this process and that there was no problem in the stock market. However, the inclusion of FTX US in the bankruptcy filing made today caused a great reaction from the community.
