SEC Contacts Justin Sun for Information About Tronix

The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) would like to learn about Tronix after an individual application.

The SEC called on Tron founder Justin Sun and several YouTubers to provide information on Troniz. The SEC gave Sun 21 days to respond to the lawsuit.

SEC Wants to Learn About Tronix Incident

After the SEC filed a civil complaint about Tronix last month, Justin Sun, founder of Tron Foundation Ltd., rapper Soulja Boyand YouTube music star Austin Mahone called him. The SEC claims that Tronix and the BitTorrent token BTT are unregistered securities offerings.

The SEC issued a summons to Sun, Mahone, and Soulja Boy, asking them to respond within 21 days. It was announced that if there was no response, a decision would be made against them by default “for the compensation claimed in the complaint”.

The SEC also sun and its companies to no longer offer securities, including digital assets, forfeit revenue plus interest, and pay civil penalties. Justin Sun’s SECIt is a matter of curiosity what will be the answer to this request.
