The US Securities and Exchange Commission has rejected an application for a spot Bitcoin ETF by asset manager WisdomTree.
The regulator had previously rejected WisdomTree’s ETF application. In the statement made at that time, it was stated that such a decision was taken to protect investors from “dishonest” and “manipulative” actions.
