Five people dressed in police uniforms, including two Muğla police officers, staged a fake operation against a villa in Istanbul where Chinese tourists were staying. In the incident in which 65,000 dollars of crypto money and 45,000 liras were extorted, 5 people, including police officer Emin Yıldırgan, were detained.

The friend of Erkan Selimoğlu, who lives in Istanbul, who is a police officer in Menteşe district of Muğla and nicknamed ‘Pinti’, is Emin Yıldırgan. The defendants were caught in their residences in the Menteşe District of Muğla by a special team affiliated to the Public Security Branch of the Istanbul Provincial Security Directorate. Emin Yıldırgan, Beytullah Özgaznep, Ali Yılmaz, Oktay Çam and Erkan Selimoğlu, who were transferred to Istanbul, were arrested after their procedures at the police station.
