Singapore-based Strange Universe Technology provides businesses with 3D spaces for marketing and events. The Singapore-based company also has offices in Shenzhen, Shanghai and Hong Kong.
Tencent Cloud said in a statement that it will provide its VR-related products and cloud services, including real-time cloud rendering service, on Strange Universe’s virtual reality platform.
In June, Tencent’s head of gaming announced the launch of its augmented reality (XR) unit as it doubles down on operating systems and VR hardware development for the next five years.
