The timetable for the SEC-Coinbase case has been revealed. According to this; Popular crypto company Coinbase will present its first arguments and defense against the SEC’s accusations on Aug.

When is the SEC-Coinbase lawsuit?

In the calendar that begins on August 4, judge Katherine Failla heard Coinbase’s initial responses to the SEC’s accusations, and on August 11, experts in the case will present the arguments outlining their support for Coinbase.

These independent 3rd parties, known as “Amcius Curiae” and we have seen in the case between Ripple and the SEC, will express their opinions on the subject.

Coinbase will make its defense on September 3. On October 10, this time, “amicus curiae” comments that support the SEC’s arguments will be heard. On October 24, Coinbase will take the floor for the second time, this time responding to the SEC’s response to its initial defense.

What happened?
