Major partnership from Metaverse coin and game development firm
Tech news platform Venturebeat announced the development in an official report Wednesday. According to the report, the NFTs come from MyMetaverse’s “MetaHome” NFT collection. MyMetaverse has minted NFTs on Enjin’s Efinity NFT Blockchain. cryptocoin.com As we reported, Enjin installed the Efinity chain on Polkadot network last year. Users now have the opportunity to use NFTs from the MyMetaverse game suite as playable instruments.
The MyMetaverse game pack includes the Grand Theft Auto (GTA) 5 and Minecraft servers. The GTA 5 and Minecraft servers are called “Infinity Auto” and “Survival Infinity” respectively. Usually because players use NFTs, they take different formats on different game servers. GTA 5 players will rarely see NFTs as operable tools on the Infinity Auto server. However, Minecraft users will notice a unique sword on the Survival Infinity server. Both forms are available to users.
100+ developers build projects on Efinity
MyMetaverse noted that these NFTs are not official NFTs from GTA 5 developer Rockstar Games or Rockstar’s parent company Take-Two Interactive. Additionally, the company stated that neither Minecraft developer Mojang nor its parent company Microsoft have officially endorsed the establishment. Speaking about the development, Simon Kertonegoro, founder and CEO of MyMetaverse, said:
We believe the most valuable NFTs will be those that have the greatest impact on people’s daily experiences. Useful in three separate games, the MetaHome collection is Blockchain-enabled. It is the discovery of interoperability between games.
MyMetaverse’s MetaHome collection is already in use on other game servers apart from Survival Infinity and Infinity Auto. Also, these NFTs are only in Enjin’s Efinity chain. They help achieve the goal of developing Enjin’s Blockchain. Enjin launched Efinity on the Polkadot Blockchain in March. Enjin started Efinity by acquiring the NFT role-playing game CryptoBlades with 1.1 million users. After launch, several game developers showed interest in using Efinity. More than 100 are currently working on projects on the chain.
