VeChain (VET) has partnered with martial arts organization UFC.
The partnership includes several integrations into UFC events and original content for digital and social media channels starting June 11th.
According to the sources of the Sports Business Journal, the 5-year deal will be worth a total of $100 million.
The UFC’s interest in the cryptocurrency industry continues. The organization partnered with Crypto.com last April, announcing that it will reward fighters with Bitcoin bonuses.
VeChain is a specialized blockchain platform for processes such as supply chain and management. Previous partners of the platform include giant companies such as Walmart, Bayer and the BMW Group.
VeChain CEO Sunny Lu stated that they are working for blockchain technology to achieve global goals such as sustainability.
