Moonland is a game metadata store built on the Qtum blockchain, where players can explore the surface of the moon, perform various missions, and fight against vicious monsters or other players.
Every player in the Moonland meta-universe can design their in-game avatar or “digital twin” using the game’s character creator. With hundreds of different options, players can create a realistic replica of themselves or something truly unique in the virtual world. If appearance isn’t important to players, they can also choose to customize the avatar’s weapons and abilities rather than creating a character that fits their playstyle. Incorporating tried-and-tested tropes of traditional multiplayer games, players can join a variety of clans and factions, each with their own strengths and weaknesses.
However, resources can also be gained through trade and exploration if a more passive approach is preferred.
